Ashwood Freehold Pty Ltd (ABN 99 701 305 473) provides property and landholding services as described in individually issued proposals. These terms apply to all engagements unless superseded by a signed agreement.
Each engagement is governed by a written fee proposal. Invoices are payable within 14 days.
Both parties will keep confidential information secret and use it only for the engagement.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
